How To Order

First, make sure you have registered as a Member of Pharmacy 4 Less. THIS CAN BE DONE ONLINE OR BY CALLING 1300 04 LESS or 1300 045 377

This will ensure we know who you are. IF YOU are a member but have forgotten your ID or Password, click on the MEMBER LOGIN icon and follow the instructions.

Once you have logged on as a member, simply click on either of the following search tools:

PRODUCT SEARCH
This will search for a product using the first four letters you type in the field (eg) "Pana" will bring up all the Panadol and Panamax product ranges. More thorough searches can be achieved by typing the name in full, however, four letters is a minimum SEARCH.

DEPARTMENT SEARCH
This will bring up all the departments available (e.g.) Prescriptions, Pharmacist Products, Analgesics etc. Simply select the department you wish to browse and all the products within that department will be listed in alphabetical order. A product search can also be done from that department if necessary.

SENDING A SCRIPT
We always encourage our members to send their prescriptions ASAP, which we then file. Once you login to your member page, click on "Scripts/Rpts on File" icon, and you can see your whole prescription file. Simply order what you need by clicking the "Re-order" button. If you have the prescription with you at the time of lodging your order, simply choose the product and follow the easy to follow instructions through to the checkout. Write your order reference number on your prescription and mail it in an envelope with our Reply Paid address.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS/PURCHASES
Once you have logged in, all your previous purchases in the last 12 months will appear on the bottom of your screen. If you have chosen to leave your repeat prescriptions on our file, the number of repeats available will be shown on the right hand side. Tick the re-order box to have your repeat dispensed. Please note that we must have the repeat on our file to be able to supply the medication. If you have the repeat prescription in your possession, please post it to us in a reply paid envelope so we can process your order promptly.

URGENT ORDERS
If you have an urgent prescription, you can call us on 1300 04 LESS or 1300 045 377 and we will DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS TO FAST TRACK YOUR ORDER. EXTRA CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR THIS SERVICE BUT WE ENDEAVOUR TO KEEP ALL COSTS TO A MINIMUM.
