Free Shipping on orders over $99 and under 3kg. Orders under the free shipping threshold ship at a flat rate of $9.95 (excluding rural locations).
For orders weighing over 3kg or for orders shipping to rural locations, shipping is calculated prior to checkout. If shipping is unable to be calculated at checkout for orders over 3kg and shipping to rural locations, the standard shipping fee will be applied to your order and our customer service team will contact you to process the correct freight charge prior to shipment of your parcel.
Express Post is available at the flat rate of $19.95 for orders under 3kgs (excluding rural locations). Express post costs for orders over 3kg and shipping to rural locations will be calculated on the checkout page. If Express Post shipping is unable to be calculated at checkout for orders over 3kg and shipping to rural locations, the standard Express Post shipping fee will be applied to your order and our customer service team will contact you to process the correct freight charge prior to shipment of your parcel.
A signature on delivery is required otherwise your parcel will be carted to your local post office. If you do not wish to sign for your parcel, please tick the "authority to leave" option during the checkout and your parcel will be left at your premises. Please note that once you tick the "authority to leave" box and your parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post, we are unable to launch any further investigations if for any reason your parcel goes missing.
Pharmacy 4 Less reserves the right to apply a surcharge fee for heavy orders over 3kg or shipping to rural locations. We will always contact you before we apply any charges. If you are unsatisfied with the shipping rate, we will provide a refund in full for your order.
Please note that your order is being shipped from Sydney, New South Wales. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive if you live in Western Australia or country towns. Please check Australia Post website for estimated delivery times for your state.
Pharmacy 4 Less is not viable for any parcels returned to sender as a result of an incorrectly supplied shipping address. In the instance a parcel is returned to sender, we will contact you in order to receive instructions in terms of reshipping the parcel or canceling your order. In both instances, an additional freight charge will need to be applied to your order (including orders qualifying for free shipping).
