Directions
Adults: Take TWO capsules four times a day.
For maintenance:
Adults: Take TWO capsules 1-2 times daily.
Best taken at first sign of cold and flu – within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Each capsule contains:
Sambucus nigra (Black elderberry) fresh fruit juice equivalent 2.85g; Zinc (as gluconate) 3mg; Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250mg
