1. If an ITEM is out of stock. We are unable to place it on BACK ORDER. You will need to re-order it at a later time.
2. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email for your records. For prescription orders, Please post your prescription and indicate your order number for our records.
3. We will offer to keep your repeats on file, to speed up the re-ordering process of your repeats medications.
4. We reserve the right to charge administration fee if a credit card is declined continuously and we spend time phoning the custmer and delaying the order.

1. Products can be returned if we have made an error in shipping the goods to you. Products must be returned in original condition. Once the goods have been returned, we will credit your credit card. Please refer to our complete Returns policy for more details.
