ORDERS
Once your order has been accepted and lodged, no additions or deletions can be made. The minimum order requirement is $30. NO MINIMUM – POSTAGE AND HANDLING FEE OF $5.95. BACK ORDERS
Whilst we endeavor to have stock available for all your requests, we cannot guarantee availability due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make contact with you to determine your needs and implement a suitable solution as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
We prefer a business address for deliveries as they are done during normal business hours. We RESERVE the right to charge extra handling fees for bulky or heavy goods. You, or an agent on your behalf, must sign for the parcel. Identification may also be required. If there is nobody able or willing to sign for any prescription goods, we RESERVE the right to refuse delivery and arrange a more suitable time. This next delivery will attract a further delivery fee. POSTAGE AND HANDLINE FEE IS $5.95
PRICING
NHS Pricing is used for all NHS prescription products. This is a government set pricing structure and also entitles those people with concession cards to have access to these prescriptions at lower prices.
The normal concessional price is $5.00 however this may increase depending on brand name premiums.
All other pricing is subject to change without notification. The prices published are kept up to date to the best of our ability and advertised in good faith. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing without notification. If there is an adjustment to pricing we will contact you prior to finalizing the order.
CONCESSION CARD HOLDERS
All pricing DOES NOT take in to account concessional benefits. These prescriptions are usually $5.00 excluding Non NHS items. If you are unsure, please contact us.
QUANTITIES
We have the right to restrict quantities when we feel it appropriate to do so, this is usually to avoid the misuse of medication and other substances and to maintain our ethical standards in delivering health care in a professional and ethical manner.

If you are reluctant to give your credit card details, then we can arrange to make phone contact with you and approve your credit card transaction verbally.

RETURNS POLICY
Please make contact via Email if you have any products for return. We will reply to your request as soon as possible and arrange a suitable method of return and address your needs. We cannot accept returns unless by prior arrangement SO PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURNS AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO SATISFY YOUR NEEDS.
We have a "No Questions Asked" returns policy. You can return anything for any reason provided the product returns to our store in a Re-saleable condition. Please contact our staff to discuss your returns prior to sending.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
Our “No Questions Asked” money back guarantee is valid on any product purchased online. Please make contact via Email if you have any issues with any products purchased online. You must retain a proof of purchase and contact must be made within 7 days after purchasing the product. Postage is non-refundable, only cost of product will be reimbursed once the product is returned. If these terms are not adhered to a refund may not be granted.
