Directions
Adults: Take ONE to THREE tablets daily with food or as professionally prescribed.

Calcium carbonate 875mg equiv. Calcium 350mg; Ergocalciferol 2.5mcg equiv. Vitamin D2 100IU
No added dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, wheat, yeast or artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.
