Bioglan Active Magnesium  combines the power of 4 different forms of Magnesium to help utilisation and absorption of magnesium in the body. The 4 forms of magnesium combined, deliver an extra strength dose of 334mg of magnesium to help assist:

- Relief or muscular aches and cramps, twitches and some tremors.

- Bone strength and formation.

- Energy production in every cell in the body.

- Reducing the frequency and duration of some headaches.

Directions:

Adults -

Take 1 tablet per day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Children (under 15 years) -

Only as professionally prescribed.
