Terms and conditions

General

1- The promoter is Pharmacy Services Co. Pty Ltd ABN 75 647 701 666, of Level 6, 150 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2010 (“Pharmacy 4 Less”).
2- Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3- If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

When to Enter

4- The competition commences on Monday 11th August 2025 and entries close on Friday 5th September 2025 at 5:00pm AEST. Entries must be received by Pharmacy 4 Less prior to the competition close date and time.
5- The time of entry will, in each case, be the time the colouring sheet and entry form is provided to any participating Pharmacy 4 Less store.
6- Pharmacy 4 Less accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including not received entries by Pharmacy 4 Less stores or for any other reason.

Who Can Enter

7- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 12 years and under with parental/guardian consent (“entrant”) except to employees and immediate families of Pharmacy 4 Less and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin. Limit one entry per child.
8- Pharmacy 4 Less reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Pharmacy 4 Less. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered.

How to Enter

9- To enter eligible entrants must collect the official “Super Dad” colouring sheet and entry form from their local Pharmacy 4 Less store or download the official “Super Dad” colouring sheet and entry form from here..
10- The eligible entrant must choose one design, complete the colouring sheet, and return it to any participating Pharmacy 4 Less store with a completed entry form by no later than 5:00pm EAST Friday the 5th of September 2025.

11- Entrants must ensure that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions and information provided is correct.

12- As a condition of entering this competition, each entrant licenses and grants Pharmacy 4 Less, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry for any purpose, including but not limited to future competition, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
13- Entrants and their guardians consent to Pharmacy 4 Less publishing the winning entries and first name/initials of winners for competition purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Pharmacy 4 Less.
14- Pharmacy 4 Less reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Pharmacy 4 Less, engaged in conduct in entering the competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the competition and/or Pharmacy 4 Less. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households submitting multiple colouring sheets for one or more children.

Prize on offer
15- Each winner will receive a $50 Bunnings e-Gift Voucher (total prize pool: $300 AUD). Vouchers will be emailed to each winner via email address provided on entry form (the contact information provided).
16- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Judging and Notification of Winner

17- The judging will take place at Pharmacy 4 Less’s Head Office located at Level 6, 150 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2010 on Monday 8th September 2025.
18- Each participating store will select their two best entries, which will be submitted to the Pharmacy 4 Less Head Office for national judging.
19- The Pharmacy 4 Less Head Office judges, being the Pharmacy 4 Less marketing team, may select additional reserve entries, which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, and effort.
20- Pharmacy 4 Less’s decision is final, and Pharmacy 4 Less will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result, or any other decisions Pharmacy 4 Less makes in connection with the competition.
21- The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email by Tuesday 9th September 2025.
22- Should an entrant’s contact details change during the competition period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify Pharmacy 4 Less. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Pharmacy 4 Less Head Office.
23- Pharmacy 4 Less reserves the right to redraw the prize if an entrant who claims to be a prize winner is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions. If a prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next best entry as judged by Head Office.

Further Terms and Conditions

24- By entering this competition, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in this prize should they be chosen as winners. The winners release Pharmacy 4 Less and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize.
25- Subject to complying with all relevant State legislation, Pharmacy 4 Less reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of Pharmacy 4 Less corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition. 
26- If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, Pharmacy 4 Less reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
27- Pharmacy 4 Less collects personal information about the entrant for the purposes of conducting this competition. Any disclosure of such information will be made as required by law and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
28- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Pharmacy 4 Less (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
29- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Pharmacy 4 Less (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Pharmacy 4 Less’s control);
a-any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
b- any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether after their receipt by Pharmacy 4 Less) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Pharmacy 4 Less; 
c- any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
d- any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or 
e- taking of a prize, participation in a prize and/or use of a prize.
 

30- Pharmacy 4 Less (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and associated companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation. 
 

31- Pharmacy 4 Less (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and associated companies will not be liable for any misadventure, error, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur: 
a- during the judging; 
b- in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the prize; 
c- as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; 
d- due to the broadcast or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person including but not limited to any error in the announcement of the potential winners; or
e- arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this competition.
32- These Terms and Conditions and this competition are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Laws of New South Wales and the entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those courts.
